How do I get a quote?
Email mike@crownpressmn.com or call (320) 240-8880 with your project details — what you need, quantity, size and deadline. We send itemized quotes within one business day, with no lengthy online forms to fill out. You can also use our quote request form.
What's your typical turnaround time?
Most jobs are ready within 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. Simple digital copies can often be same- or next-day, while specialized pieces like foil or binding may take a little longer. Rush options are frequently available — just ask.
Do you offer graphic design, or do I need finished files?
Both work. You can submit a print-ready PDF, or use our in-house design team to create something new or clean up an existing file. Finished artwork is never required to work with us.
What file format should I send?
A high-resolution, print-ready PDF with the fonts embedded is ideal. Images should be 300 DPI at final size, in CMYK color, with 1/8" bleed for any color that runs to the edge. Not sure? Send what you have and we'll help.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the product. Digital printing has no real minimum, while some promotional items have a set minimum quantity. We're happy to quote small and large runs alike.
How much will my project cost?
Pricing varies by product, quantity, size, paper and finishing, and the per-piece cost drops as quantities go up. Free quotes are always available by email or phone — we'll send an itemized number so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Do you do mailings and direct mail?
Yes — full service. We print, address, sort and drop your mailing at the post office, including EDDM and targeted list mailings, all on one combined quote.
Can I pick up my order, or do you deliver?
Both. You're welcome to pick up at our Sauk Rapids shop during business hours, or we can arrange local delivery throughout central Minnesota.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Sauk Rapids and serve businesses and individuals across Stearns, Benton and Sherburne counties — including St. Cloud, Sartell, Waite Park, Foley, Becker and Big Lake.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, checks and major credit cards. Terms are available for larger or ongoing accounts — just ask us to set one up.
Can you match a previous order or my brand colors?
Yes. Send us a sample or previous work and we'll match it, including specific brand color values, so your materials stay consistent from one order to the next.
Do you print both small and large quantities?
Absolutely. Digital printing is perfect for small runs, while offset printing keeps the per-piece cost down on large runs — from hundreds to millions of pieces.
