For the best print
A few quick things that help us print your files exactly the way you want:
- Print-ready PDF with fonts embedded is ideal
- Images at 300 DPI at final size
- CMYK color for accurate printing
- 1/8" (0.125") bleed on anything that runs to the edge

Every file gets looked at by a person before it goes near a press. You don’t need to get this perfect — you just need to send it.
Not sure it’s right? Send it anyway
We’d rather see a file that needs work than have you spend an evening guessing. If something is wrong we’ll tell you what and why, in plain terms.
Common fixes we make
Missing bleed, RGB images that need converting, fonts that aren’t embedded, and low-resolution logos pulled off a website. Most are quick.
What we can’t fix
Resolution that isn’t there. A small image can’t be enlarged into a sharp one — if that’s the problem we’ll tell you before printing, not after.
No file at all?
Completely fine. Our design team can build it from a rough idea, a photo and your logo — or clean up whatever you already have.
Large files
If it’s too big to upload here, email us and we’ll sort out a transfer, or bring it in on a flash drive to the counter.
You’ll see a proof
Whatever you send, nothing prints until you’ve approved a proof. That’s the real safety net, not the file format.
