Do I have to use your design service?
Not at all. If you have a print-ready file, we'll print it as-is. Design help is here for when you need it — a new logo, a layout, or a quick fix to a file that isn't quite press-ready.
Can you clean up a file I already have?
Yes — this is one of our most common requests. We fix low-resolution images, add bleed, correct colors and embed fonts so a file that almost works becomes one that prints perfectly.
Can you design a logo from scratch?
We can. We'll build a clean, scalable vector logo that works everywhere — from a business card to a banner — and looks consistent across all your materials.
What file format should I send for printing?
A high-resolution, print-ready PDF with fonts embedded is ideal. Images should be 300 DPI at final size, in CMYK color, with 1/8" bleed for any color that runs to the edge. Not sure? Send what you have and we'll sort it out.
